Beyond the Houston rack

Texas Residential Proxies by the GB, and ISP Proxies Racked in Virginia

Our Houston rack answers one question well: give me a real Texas phone. It does not answer two others we hear every week. The first is a Dallas or Austin reading on the IP itself, which no Houston modem can produce. The second is a fixed broadband address that stays identical for months. Texas residential proxies, sold as rotating data by the GB and aimed at a Texas city or at the whole state, cover the first. Static ISP proxies, one fixed address each, racked in Virginia and priced per IP per month, cover the second. Both now sit on the Buy Proxy page next to the Houston lines and are paid from the same balance. Below is what each one is, what it costs, where the addresses really are and which Texas jobs each one fits.

Static ISP lines: fixed addresses, racked in Virginia

Be clear about this before you buy: a static ISP address from us is not in Houston or anywhere else in Texas. It is a single IPv4 on AT&T, Comcast, Frontier, RCN or T-Mobile, served from a datacenter rack in Virginia, and a lookup says Virginia. What it offers is permanence: the same address every day for the whole term, with nobody else on it.

Texas residential data, by the GB

This is the product for the Texas city the Houston rack cannot be. Buy gigabytes, then generate lists aimed at Texas, or narrowed to Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio or any city where the pool has homes. Each request can leave from a different Texas household, or hold one address for up to 30 minutes. A shared 4G and 5G mobile pool sits beside it with the same targeting by state and city.

Pointing residential data at Texas

A residential list is built from one order of data. You choose the country, which here is the United States, then the state, Texas, and if you want, a city. The lines you get back are host, port, username and password, as many as you ask for. A rotating list hands each request to a fresh home connection in the area you picked; a sticky list keeps one house for the minutes you set, up to 30, which covers a sign-in, a quote form or a checkout.

City targeting is honest in a way a modem cannot be. Ask for Dallas and the address comes from a Dallas home, because the pool is made of real homes and Dallas has plenty of them. Smaller Texas cities have fewer homes in the pool, so a narrow pick means fewer addresses and sometimes a slower list; widening to the state fixes it. You can also narrow by ASN, which helps when a job should look like one particular cable or fiber provider's customers.

Only the gigabytes that pass through the proxies are counted. Lists you generate and leave idle cost nothing, the data has no expiry, and the order sits on My Proxies until you use it up or top it up.

What the Virginia ISP lines are and are not

Every static ISP line is one IPv4 address announced by the carrier on its label. The US choices are AT&T Native, AT&T Fresh, Comcast Native, Frontier Native, RCN Fresh and T-Mobile Legacy; DTAG addresses geolocate to the United Kingdom and Orange addresses to France. Native means the range has been on the carrier for a long time, Fresh means it is newer to proxy use, and Legacy is the cheapest of the set. Telus in Canada is listed but sold out as this is written.

Orders are 10 addresses or more, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. A whole order shares one login, and you pick the form at checkout: a username and password that work on every address, a whitelist of your own IPs, or SOCKS5. Change the login type later from My Proxies and every address in the order gets new credentials at once, so plan that change for a quiet moment.

What an ISP line is not: a Texas address. If a site must see Texas, use the Houston line or Texas residential data. If a site must see the same address on Monday that it saw on the first of the month, and does not care which state, the ISP line is the cheaper and faster tool.

The shared mobile pool next to the Houston rack

The rotating mobile pool is 4G and 5G data drawn from many real phones, metered per GB and targeted by country, state or city, without the ASN filter. It is not a Houston line. The addresses are shared with other customers, you do not pick a carrier or a modem, and you cannot hold one for longer than a 30 minute sticky session.

Where it earns its keep is variety. Two hundred different Texas mobile addresses in an afternoon is a pool job. One Texas mobile address that stays yours for a month, with unlimited data and a rotation button you control, is a Houston line job. Plenty of customers run both and let each do what it is good at.

Prices in plain figures

Residential data is $2 per GB. Mobile pool data is $10 per GB. Static ISP lines are priced per IP per month: AT&T Native is $4, the AT&T Fresh, Comcast, Frontier, RCN, DTAG and Orange lines are $2.40, and T-Mobile Legacy is $2.10. The smallest ISP order, 10 addresses for one month, is $21 on T-Mobile Legacy, $24 on the $2.40 lines and $40 on AT&T Native.

Set those beside the Houston rack. A dedicated 4G line here is $5 a day, $27 a week or $64 a month with unlimited data; the 5G line is $6, $30 and $74; two hours on either costs $2 on 4G or $3 on 5G. A line that moves a lot of data through one Texas address beats pool data on price very quickly, which is why we steer heavy users back to the rack.

Buying, renewing, stopping

Open the dashboard, go to Buy Proxy and you will see three tabs: Mobile for the Houston lines, Residential for the two per-GB pools, and ISP for the fixed addresses. Pay from your balance; the order shows on My Proxies straight away. The Telegram bot sells all three at the same prices.

An ISP order runs to the end of its term. Leave auto-renew off and a reminder arrives three days before it ends; turn it on and the next month is taken from your balance. Extending adds months at the price you already paid. Removing an ISP order early ends it immediately with nothing refunded, which is why we suggest a one month term the first time.

Residential and mobile pool orders never end on their own. Remove one inside seven days and the unused gigabytes are credited back to your balance; after that the data stays on the order for as long as you want it.

Texas jobs, matched to the right product

Electricity plans are the Texas example nobody else has. Rates on the state's comparison sites change by ZIP code, so a few gigabytes of residential data aimed at Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth and Austin shows what each household is offered, from addresses those sites expect to see. Home and rental listings work the same way: a Dallas renter's view of a listing comes from a Dallas home, not from our Houston modems.

Delivery zones and menus for Texas-only services, event tickets priced for a San Antonio buyer and local search results for Austin terms are all residential data jobs, because each one is a city question. Accounts registered to a Texas business stay on a Houston line, where the address is one steady Texas phone. A monitoring script that must come from the same broadband address every morning and does not care about Texas at all belongs on a Virginia ISP line.

Texas residential and ISP questions

Can residential data give me a Dallas or Austin address?

Yes. When you generate a list, choose the United States, then Texas, then the city. The addresses come from real homes in that city. If the city is small the pool has fewer homes there, so widen to Texas if the list feels thin.

Are the static ISP addresses in Houston?

No. Every US ISP address is served from a rack in Virginia, and a lookup returns Virginia and the carrier named on the line. For a Texas reading on a fixed address, a Houston line from our rack is the product.

What do ten of the cheapest ISP addresses cost?

T-Mobile Legacy is $2.10 per IP per month, so the minimum order of 10 ISP addresses is $21 for a month. The $2.40 ISP lines come to $24 and AT&T Native to $40 for the same ten.

How is the mobile pool different from a Houston line?

The pool is cellular data shared with other customers, drawn from many phones at $10 per GB and targeted by state or city, with no carrier choice and no address you keep beyond 30 minutes. A Houston line is one SIM in one modem, yours alone, with unlimited data and rotation on your command.

Does unused residential data expire?

It does not. Gigabytes stay on the order until you spend them. Top up by hand, or set auto top-up so a chosen amount is added when the order drops under a tenth.

Can I use one login for all ten ISP addresses?

That is how it works: one order, one login, whether that is a username and password, a whitelist of your IPs or SOCKS5. Switching the type regenerates the credentials for every address in the order.

What if I remove an order?

An ISP order stops at once and the remaining months are not refunded. A residential or mobile pool order removed within seven days puts its unused gigabytes back on your balance.

Can I buy these from the Telegram bot?

Yes. The bot lists the same Houston lines, residential data, mobile pool data and ISP addresses as the dashboard, at the same prices, paid from the same balance.
