Refund Policy for Texas Proxies

Version dated October 10, 2026. Our refund rules are short because we want them used rather than argued about. If a line is not doing what you bought it for, tell us and we will fix it or give the money back. Ask at [email protected] or on Telegram at @TexasProxiesBot; a person handles every request.

The first 24 hours

Cancel any daily, weekly or monthly plan within 24 hours of its activation and you get the whole price back, no questions and no explanation needed. Hourly tests are the exception only in the sense that they are already the cheapest way to try us; if an hourly line did not work at all, we refund that too.

After the first day: prorated by time

Cancel later and we refund the part of the plan you have not used yet, measured by time. A monthly plan cancelled with ten days left gets ten thirtieths of the price back. We never calculate a refund from how much data you moved, because data is not metered on any plan and we would not know what to count. The time you paid for and did not use is what comes back.

Where the money goes

Refunds are credited to your account balance first, instantly, so you can put them toward another line without waiting. If you would rather have the money back in your wallet, card, PayPal or bank, say so and we send it within 24 hours, minus the fee the transfer itself costs (a blockchain fee, a wire fee, or a processor fee). We do not add anything of our own.

Downtime we cause

If a line is down because of a fault on our side, a device failure, a rack problem, a mistake by us, the lost time is added to the end of your plan automatically once we confirm it, or credited to your balance if you prefer. Carrier-side outages beyond our control are handled the same way when they last more than an hour, because you should not pay for a line that cannot be used.

Renewals you did not want

Plans renew until you switch auto-renew off. If a renewal goes through that you did not mean to keep, tell us within 24 hours of the charge and we credit it in full, no partial-use deduction. After 24 hours it becomes an ordinary cancellation, prorated by the time left.

What is not refunded

Slowing, pausing or suspension under the fair-use rule for bulk transfer is not downtime and is not refunded. A plan ended for breaking the acceptable-use rules is not refunded. Time forfeited after 48 hours of an unpaid invoice is not refunded. And we cannot refund because a third-party website treated a carrier address in a way you did not expect; we do not control other people's sites, and we say so before you buy.

  • Fair-use measures on bulk transfer
  • Plans ended for acceptable-use violations
  • Time forfeited after an unpaid invoice reaches 48 hours
  • Behaviour of third-party websites toward a shared carrier address

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account address, or message @TexasProxiesBot from your linked Telegram, with the line name and what you want (balance credit or a payout, and where to). You will hear back from a person, and the balance credit is usually done within the hour. Chargebacks are slower for everyone and put the account on hold, so please ask us first.

Questions

I bought a month and only need a week. Can I get the rest back?

Yes. Cancel and the remaining time is refunded pro rata to your balance, or paid out on request within 24 hours less transfer fees.

Does heavy use reduce my refund?

No. Refunds are based only on time left, never on data moved.

The line was down for a few hours. What do I get?

The lost time is added to your plan, or credited to your balance if you ask, once we confirm the outage.

I forgot to turn off auto-renew. Am I stuck?

Tell us within 24 hours of the charge and it is credited in full. Later than that it is prorated by time left.
