Terms of Service for Texas Proxies
Version dated October 10, 2026. These terms cover every plan bought through tx.texasproxies.com. We have written them the way we talk, because a contract you cannot read is not much of a contract. Questions, requests and disputes go to [email protected] or to our Telegram bot @TexasProxiesBot, where a person answers around the clock.
What you are renting
A plan is the exclusive use of one carrier SIM (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon) in one physical device we own in our Houston, Texas rack, for the length of the plan. You reach it through HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 logins. The public address a website sees belongs to the carrier and is shared with the carrier's other subscribers; the device and SIM are used by you alone while the plan runs. We can change the device or SIM behind your plan for maintenance, and we may move your plan to equivalent hardware if a device fails.
Plans, prices and activation
Hourly tests cost $2 for the first two hours on 4G LTE or $3 on 5G, then $2 or $3 for each further hour, with a maximum of four hours per purchase. Hourly purchases never renew on their own; if you keep one running all day, the hours you paid are counted toward the one-day plan. Daily, weekly and monthly plans are priced at $5, $28 and $65 on 4G and $6, $31 and $75 on 5G. Activation is automatic and happens as soon as payment clears.
Daily, weekly and monthly plans renew at the end of each period until you stop them. You can switch auto-renew off for any line in your dashboard at any time, and the line then simply ends when its paid time runs out.
Payment and prepaid balance
We accept cards, PayPal, Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, Zelle and bank wire, and you may keep a prepaid balance on your account to pay for plans and renewals. Card numbers are handled by the payment processor and are never stored by us. Crypto payments are credited when the network confirms them; wires and Zelle are credited when they arrive.
When an invoice is not paid
If a renewal or other invoice is not paid when due, you have 24 hours to pay it while the line keeps running. After those 24 hours the line is suspended for a further 24 hours, during which paying the invoice restores it with its remaining time intact. If the invoice is still unpaid at 48 hours after it was due, the line and any time left on it are forfeited and the device is returned to stock and sold to someone else. We do not pursue unpaid invoices beyond that, but the time is gone.
Chargebacks
A chargeback or a payment reversal places the account on hold immediately, with every line paused, until the matter is resolved with us directly. We would much rather refund a genuine complaint than argue with a bank, so please write to us first; our refund rules are generous and quick.
Refunds, cancellation and downtime
Cancel within 24 hours of a plan's activation and we refund it in full. After that, a refund is worked out from the time left on the plan, never from how much data you moved. Refunds go to your account balance first; if you want the money sent to your wallet or payment method, ask and we pay it within 24 hours, less whatever the transfer costs. Any downtime we cause is added to the end of your plan. An automatic renewal you did not want is credited in full if you tell us within 24 hours of it being charged. The full detail is on the refund policy page.
Data and fair use
Every plan comes with unlimited data and unlimited rotation. The lines exist for proxy work: browsing, research, account management, testing, monitoring. They are not for bulk transfer such as download pipes, streaming relays, torrents, mirrors or backups. If a line is being used that way we may slow it, pause it, ask you to spread the load across more lines, or suspend it. Those steps are not downtime and are not refundable. We do not publish a threshold because there is no meter; the rule is about the kind of use, not a number.
Acceptable use
You may not use a line for anything illegal under Texas, United States or your own local law, for fraud of any kind, for attacks on networks or systems, for unsolicited messaging, or for anything that harms the carrier network. You must follow the rules of every platform you reach through the line and run only accounts you are entitled to run. We may suspend or end a plan that breaks these rules without refund, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
- No illegal activity under any applicable law
- No fraud, no deception of payment systems or platforms
- No attacks, scanning, flooding or abuse of networks
- No spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Follow each platform's own terms; run only your own accounts
Your account and credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. The proxy logins, rotation links, VLESS links and dashboard password are yours to protect; anything done through them is treated as done by you. If you think a credential has leaked, reset it in the dashboard or ask us and we will rotate it straight away.
What we do not promise
We do not promise any particular IP address, that an address will or will not repeat, a particular speed at a particular moment, or that any third-party website or app will accept, trust or treat your traffic in any particular way. Carrier networks and other people's websites are outside our control. Our commitment is that the line is a real carrier SIM in a real device in Houston, that it works, and that when it does not we fix it or credit you.
Speeds are 4G LTE typically 20–45 Mbps, 5G 50+ Mbps, depending on carrier signal at the device. Geolocation of a Houston line reads as Houston or as Texas, depending on the database a site uses.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the dashboard. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Anything not covered here is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Reach us at [email protected] or @TexasProxiesBot.
Questions
Can I stop a plan from renewing?
Yes. Open the line in your dashboard and switch auto-renew off. The line runs to the end of its paid time and then stops.
What happens if I miss a renewal payment?
You get 24 hours to pay with the line running, then 24 hours suspended, and at 48 hours unpaid the line and its remaining time are forfeited and resold.
Is there a data limit I should know about?
No meter and no number. The fair-use rule is about bulk transfer such as torrents and streaming relays, which the lines are not for.
Do you guarantee a site will accept my traffic?
No. We guarantee a real carrier line in Houston that works. How any third-party site treats you depends on that site and on how you use it.
