Privacy Policy for Texas Proxies

Version dated October 10, 2026. We keep as little as we can and we say exactly what that is. This page lists every category of information we hold, why we hold it, how long it stays, and how to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion. Account records

When you register at tx.texasproxies.com we store your email address, a hashed password, the time zone and language you pick, and the plans you buy. If you add a Telegram handle so the bot can reach you, we store that too. We use these to run your account, send receipts and service notices, and answer support. Account records are kept while the account exists and for one year after it is closed, in case of a billing question, then deleted.

Payment records

For each payment we keep the amount, the method, the date, the transaction reference from the processor or the blockchain, and the plan it paid for. We never see or store card numbers; the card processor handles those and gives us only a token and the last four digits. Crypto payments are recorded by wallet address and transaction id. Payment records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it.

Line usage records

Each line keeps a connection log: the time a connection was opened, the login that opened it, the destination host and the amount of data moved. We do not record the content of your traffic and we do not inspect it. The log exists so that we can answer an abuse report from a carrier or a website, investigate a fault you report, and apply the fair-use rule. Connection logs are kept for a short period, currently fourteen days, and then deleted automatically. Rotation events and device restarts are logged for thirty days for troubleshooting.

Website visits

Our website and dashboard keep ordinary server logs: your address, the pages you load, the browser you use and the time. We use a privacy-respecting first-party analytics counter to see which pages are read; there are no third-party advertising trackers, no ad pixels and no data brokers on any page we run. Server logs are kept for thirty days.

Telegram

If you talk to @TexasProxiesBot, Telegram gives us your Telegram id, your display name and the messages you send to the bot. We keep the chat history so that support can see what was said before, and we delete it on request. Telegram itself has its own privacy policy for what it keeps on its side.

Who sees your information

Our own staff, when they need it to run your account or answer you. The payment processors, who see what a payment needs. Nobody else, unless the law requires it: we disclose records only in response to a valid legal order from an authority with jurisdiction over us, and we tell you when we are allowed to. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing, ever.

How long things are kept

The short version, so you do not have to hunt through the sections above.

• Account records: life of the account plus one year

• Telegram chat history: until you ask us to delete it

Your rights

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or message @TexasProxiesBot from your linked Telegram, and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We answer within a few days and complete deletion within thirty, keeping only what the law obliges us to keep (payment records) and anything needed to resolve an open dispute. You can also close your account yourself in the dashboard, which starts the same process.

Security and changes

Passwords are hashed, dashboard sessions run over TLS, and staff access is limited and logged. If we ever discover a breach that affects you, we tell you promptly by email. This policy may change; the version date at the top moves when it does, and material changes are announced in the dashboard.
